Job Description:
- Lead and drive strategic communications roadmap aligned with its mission of CSA prevention, healing, and systemic change.
- Build and strengthen brand visibility, thought leadership, and public positioning across government, donor, media, and public stakeholders.
- Develop compelling impact narratives, donor communication strategies, and advocacy-led storytelling for large-scale social impact initiatives.
- Lead media relations, PR, campaigns, external communications, and reputation management for the organisation.
- Oversee digital communication strategy across web, social media, and emerging platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute awareness campaigns, fundraising communication initiatives, and high-impact events.
- Handle sensitive and ethical communication related to child rights and child sexual abuse prevention with maturity and responsibility.
- Build, mentor, and manage the communications team while collaborating with external agencies and leadership stakeholders.
