Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic fundraising professional with relevant experience in CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships within the NGO sector. The role involves driving fundraising initiatives, building strong corporate relationships, and managing end-to-end partnership lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate fundraising strategies
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate leads
- Identify new funding opportunities and establish CSR partnerships
- Conduct needs analysis and propose customized solutions to partners
- Support fund release processes and ensure smooth project initiation
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely execution
- Manage client relationships and support renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective program delivery
- Assist in impact reporting and stakeholder communication
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reporting
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CSR fundraising/corporate partnerships
- Candidates must be from a fundraising profile (mandatory)
- Preferably from NGO sector, especially Skill Development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Strong execution and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic financial understanding of CSR projects
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
