Job Description:
- Lead and support state-level systems strengthening initiatives in collaboration with government stakeholders and program teams.
- Drive capacity building efforts for government officials, frontline workers, and partner organisations across districts and blocks.
- Strengthen governance, program implementation processes, MIS systems, and institutional frameworks for sustainable impact.
- Coordinate with government departments, donors, implementation partners, and internal teams to ensure effective program execution.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, program reviews, and data-driven decision-making for state-wide interventions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to scalable solutions for program improvement and institutionalisation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, field coordination, reporting, and program documentation.
- Support strategic planning and scale-up of programs across geographies while ensuring quality implementation.
