The Multisite Student Pastor/Director is a high-impact, visionary leader who enthusiastically and energetically provides direction for a unified student ministry (grades 6–12) across all campuses of Abundant Life, collaborating with and investing in parents, volunteers, and campus/central staff teams to see students encounter Jesus and experience life change. Dynamic and articulate, this person will occasionally communicate for students at regular ministry events across campuses.

- Participate in an Abundant Life group (Acts 2:41-42)
- Participate in the discipleship ministry by completing D1 (Matthew 28:18-20).
- Live in a way that glorifies God and aligns with the staff core values (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9).
- Participate in evangelism training (Eph. 4:12) & giving to the needs of the saints (2 Corinthians 8:1-7 & 9:12)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Occasionally prepare and deliver messages across all student ministry campuses for weekly functions and special events.
- Oversee and provide direction for Student ministry groups at AL.
- Be committed to learning and professional development through reading, media, visiting churches, attending conferences, and being mentored by others.
- Provide leadership and direction to all Student Ministry volunteers, empowering them to execute the various care and logistical components related to the daily operation of the ministry through training.
- Recruit and provide the appropriate supply of volunteers and communicators necessary for optimal supervision and education of the students.
- Handle all supervision with the volunteers, including corrective actions, discipline and termination if needed.
- Oversee all aspects of the Student Ministry budget as it pertains to Central Services.
- Oversee and provide direction for Student Pastors regarding curriculum and direction.
- Oversee and lead a team that runs logistics for all major campus student Events (i.e. FSKO, ONEWEEK, Fusion Nights, Team Lead gatherings, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.). This includes, but is not limited to oversight of online registration setup, database input, budgeting, transportation, security, liabilities, booking, etc.
- Practice discretion and confidentiality in the dissemination of information.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Student Ministry and help shape the direction of the Student Ministry as a whole.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned.
This person should be an inspiring leader that can affect change throughout the Student Ministries at AL through the ability to create a vision and direction for a large staff at multiple AL campus locations. A creative thinker will succeed in this role by finding solutions to issues with parents, campus locations, employees, and students on a weekly basis. A positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude is vital to the success of this position, as is the ability to be assertive, tenacious, and detail-oriented. The capability to thrive in an environment of healthy critique is vital to the daily operation of the ministry.

Education/Experience
- Two to Three years of experience in both Student Ministry leadership and pastoral care roles.
