Officer - Trade Finance Operations

As an Officer - Trade Finance Operations at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities: - Provide timely and efficient trade finance solutions to clients including letters of credit, bank guarantees, shipping guarantees, etc. - Perform documentary checks, compliance checks and approvals as per bank policies and procedures. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of trade finance transactions. - Ensure trade finance transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements. - Provide support in handling escalations, customer queries and complaints related to trade finance services. - Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports as required. - Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a trade finance operations role, preferably in the banking industry. - Strong understanding of trade finance products and operations. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
