About the business area Itmam, a wholly-owned subsidiary, provides banking operational and processing services to all Group sectors, including lending, wealth management, and ATM services. Integrated into the Group Business Services (GBS) organisational structure, Itmam operates under its own Board of Directors, comprising Group executive staff members. Its structure includes a General Manager overseeing five key operational service divisions: Consumer Operations, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations, Customer Contact Services, Treasury and Syndication Operations, and Shared Services and Operations Management. Notably, "Tamooha," the Group's award-winning operations centre initiative, is staffed exclusively by UAE national women. In this role, your key responsibilities include: To receive direction and support, discuss performance and ensure objectives are met To receive/action information and requests and provide required support. To provide administrative support. To receive/share information and co-ordinate schedules where required. To receive/share information and documents. Provide administrative support and assistance to the line manager on a wide range of assigned tasks, ensuring the required level of confidentiality is maintained in order to contribute to running of the department to the agreed standard Coordinate, track and follow up on departmental correspondence and maintain accurate employee records to ensure service standards, policies and procedures are adhered to Greet and assist visitors, answer telephone calls and give appropriate information to callers, screen and route calls and place outgoing calls to ensure prioritisation of callers and timely response. Consolidate and compile accurate reports in order to support assigned business area in preparation for meetings and in maintaining a filing system for all relevant documentation. Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders. Manage self in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance. Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
