Wyatt Hook Senior Manager, Technical Services Are you a collaborative, forward-thinking leader with a knack for problem-solving and empowering others to excel? Join Absorb as the Team Lead, Technical Services, and play a key role in shaping outstanding client experiences through seamless technical project delivery. You'll lead a team of Technical Service Specialists, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to ensure scalable, high-impact integration solutions in a dynamic SaaS environment. What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Technical Services Specialists, ensuring successful delivery of complex client projects. Oversee project execution, performance metrics, workload allocation, and team coaching. Act as a key escalation point and trusted advisor for strategic client accounts. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, Client Success) to resolve integration challenges and improve processes. Drive operational improvements, contribute to tool development, and lead internal initiatives that enhance the onboarding and integration experience. Produce and present team performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership. What You'll Bring: 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably within SaaS or technology implementation. Strong technical and analytical skills with experience managing integration or data-focused projects. Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Power BI or other data analytics platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred, but not required. Technologies we use: Absorb LMS, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, Windows, Microsoft Office
