About the Role:
An experienced Education Counsellor is required to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and support them in choosing the right educational programs. The role involves active engagement, lead conversion, and delivering a seamless counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student inquiries to be handled through calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Course details, career paths, and program benefits to be explained clearly
- Leads to be followed up and converted into enrollments
- Student requirements to be understood and suitable programs to be suggested
- CRM data to be maintained and updated regularly
- Sales targets to be achieved consistently
- Coordination with internal teams to be ensured for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle leads and close conversions effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
