Nemetschek Group in India is seeking a strategic and highly execution-oriented ABM Specialist to drive high-value growth within our most critical enterprise accounts. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke marketing programs tailored to specific high-priority accounts and segments in the AEC/O sector. This role requires a blend of creative strategy, data-driven precision, and close collaboration with the sales and global marketing teams to turn target accounts into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, segment, and prioritize key accounts based on revenue potential and strategic fit.
- Campaign Development: Execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns that utilize personalized content, high-touch outreach, and digital aircover.
- Personalized Content Orchestration: Work with content creators to develop account-specific assets such as customized whitepapers, case studies, and bespoke landing pages.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Lead the delivery of ABM tactics across LinkedIn, direct mail, webinars, and executive events to engage key decision-makers.
- Sales Alignment: Act as the primary marketing liaison for the sales team, ensuring marketing efforts are perfectly synced with sales outreach and account goals.
- Nurture & Conversion: Design sophisticated lead nurturing workflows using Marketo and Salesforce specifically for the enterprise buying committee.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI using marketing attribution models and dashboards.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools for account research, predictive intent data analysis, and hyper-personalized communication at scale.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Engineering; an MBA or specialized ABM certifications are highly preferred.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Account-Based Marketing within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo (or similar CRM/Automation tools).
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus).
- Advanced skill in LinkedIn Campaign Manager for account-based targeting.
- Strong ability to use data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to report account health.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
