Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata with Abhinandan Forex Pvt. Ltd. The role involves assisting customers with foreign currency exchange, travel currency needs, and basic guidance on student forex and international remittance services. Responsibilities include verifying documents, processing transactions accurately, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires handling customer inquiries, providing clear information on rates and services, and resolving issues promptly. Daily tasks may involve close coordination with branch colleagues, monitoring market rates, and supporting overall branch operations to deliver efficient and customer-focused forex services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Foreign Exchange Management and Currency handling.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and exposure to Trading-related activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for evaluating rates, risks, and customer requirements.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and transaction processing.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced branch environment in Kolkata.
- Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to forex is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
