QA Engineer

Manual Testing: ● Analyze business and functional requirements to design detailed, comprehensive test cases. ● Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications. ● Perform browser compatibility and cross-device testing. ● Log, track, and report defects using JIRA, and collaborate with the development team for timely resolution. Automation Testing: ● Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG/JUnit. ● Develop and execute mobile test automation scripts using Appium (Android & iOS). ● Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms. ● Integrate automated scripts with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). ● Perform thorough analysis and debugging of failed scripts to identify root causes. Collaboration & Agile Integration: ● Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. ● Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers. ● Provide timely status updates, test execution reports, and defect metrics to the QA Manager. ● Assist in UAT and production release validation as needed.
