About the role

  • Job Description: will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payment from customers. Your role will involve contacting customers to negotiate payment plans, investigating reasons for non-payment, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. You will work closely with other departments to resolve billing disputes and maintain positive customer relations while achieving collection targets.

  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven experience as a Collection Officer or similar role in financial services or related industries.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with debt collection software is a plus.
