Executive Assistant - Logistics Head

Key Result Areas - Strategy Building • Convert operational inputs to facilitate strategic initiatives in consultation with CLO • Identify areas for sustainable cost optimization through strategic initiatives Driving Logistic Operations • To ensure real time decision making in consultation with CLO for Operational issues on daily basis • To ensure performance control over agreed KPI's and assisting CLO in managing exceptions • Active pre and post engagement with S&OP team and taking CLO inputs wherever required for operationally meaningful plans • Ensure dissemination of relevant policy information basis complete understanding from the CLO to all relevant stakeholders and tracking the implementation on regular basis • To ensure periodic review meetings as per agreed calendar Compliances Adherence to P&B and other statutory cycles for submission of required information from CLO office Ensuring upgradation of digital interventions and ensure adoption through LCT and other digital engagements People Engagement Proactively connecting with people at grassroot level to understand issues affecting performance and their redressal in consultation with CLO To create performance driven reward mechanism in consultation with CLO and HR for timely recognition To facilitate recruitment process in consultation with HR and zonal managers for identified positions
