About the role

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Support the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Assist in the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and managing necessary documentation. Ensure employee records are up to date throughout the entire employment lifecycle, from joining to exit. Coordinate and conduct induction sessions for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and culture. Provide necessary resources and guidance to help new hires settle into their roles effectively. Maintain and update personal files of employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures. Coordinate with third-party agency for background verification of new hires. Ensure that all necessary checks (identity, educational, employment history, criminal, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.
