Summary We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Golang) to lead technical initiatives and drive high-performance asset-related systems. In this role, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize system architecture, guide the team to achieve business goals, and explore new technologies to enhance the company's technical capabilities. Responsibilities - Deeply understand business requirements and create technical solutions and system designs, leading the team to achieve business objectives. - Plan, develop, and optimize shared technical components, ensuring their adoption across business systems. - Analyze system bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance. - Explore emerging industry technologies and approaches to strengthen the company's technical capabilities and innovation. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. - 5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years of Golang architecture experience. - Proficient in Golang, including common frameworks, language features, and data structures, with deep understanding of its principles and implementation. - Experience developing API interfaces and understanding concurrency; hands-on experience with high-concurrency systems. - Familiarity with distributed systems and mainstream service frameworks and messaging middleware, including an understanding of their underlying principles. - Strong logical thinking and business understanding; writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code with proper naming conventions. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes automation, or DevOps practices is a plus. - Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required
