💼 Your Mission:

As a Project Developer for Data Centers, you will play a crucial role in the development, planning, and execution of CED projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from site identification to final implementation, collaborating closely with technical teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners to ensure timely project delivery and operational success.


📝 Your Main Responsibilities will be:


  • Identify and develop CED developments opportunities, assessing site suitability and connection availability.
  • Assess the logistical ubication, to ensure the viability of the plant.
  • Sign the necessary agreements to secure the Industrial land required for the proper development of the plant.
  • Lead project management activities, including feasibility studies, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Negotiate with landowners, regulatory agencies, and technical partners to secure all necessary project approvals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and business partners.


🔑 What You'll Need:


  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project development or real estate within the renewable energy sector or the Industrial construction field.
  • Knowledge of USA regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, results-driven team.
  • Native english speaker.
