About the role

Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the overall operations of the business in the Jeddah region, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, processes, and personnel. - Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Oversee the distribution, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. - Manage and lead a team of operations personnel, including setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of operations and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. - Represent the company and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the service industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational goals. - Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and distribution processes. - Proficient in using relevant software and technologies for operations management. - Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) is required.
