In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events - Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles - Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the hiring process and candidate information - Ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle - Analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying areas for improvement - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
