Requirements: a) Minimum 8 years of Experience in Production for Chemical manufacturing of hazardous chemicals and gas. b) Should be Qualified as Chemical Engineer c) Should have hands on work exposure on process control, production as per plan, Implementation of IMS/FSMS
Job Profile: 1) To maintain operating parameters according to product specification and recipe. 2) Measure, analyze and monitor OPRP/CCP's in process. 3) To maintain monitor, record pest/ insects control measures in and around the plant 4) To audit process and premises as per check list along with all members of GMP team to identify nonconformities and take necessary steps. 5) Recharging few of packed material and passing through same magnet stand for effectiveness of the installed magnet 6) To achieve production targets and yield of products. 7) To update processes and operating / work instructions with assistance of chemist, EP, PFOR and supervisor. 8) To monitor inventories of raw materials, chemicals, ingredients and packing material. 9) To ensure procedures are followed. 10) To ensure that proper cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the plant 11) To deploy manpower and resources according to production schedules and budgets. 12) To recommend changes in processes and operating work instructions wherever necessary. 13) Trouble shooting and resolving day-to-day technical problems in consultation with AGMP. 14) To direct stores and warehouse depts. 15) Implement action plan for achieving the dept. objectives. 16) Measure Monitor & analyze critical control points in key process to demonstrate continual improvements.
