Requirements:
a) Minimum 5 + years of core Experience in Sales, Business Development for B2B Sales of Capital Equipment / Industrial Solutions like Industrial Cranes/ Material Handling Solutions or equipment.
b) Work Exposure to Industrial cranes / lifting solutions / Cranes / MHE / Material Handling Equipments
c) Should be responsible for business development, client engagement
d) Should be well versed with Gulf Region either Saudi Arabia OR UAE
e) Should have local driving license
Job Profile:
1) Represent the company and promote our range of Overhead Cranes and Material Handling Solutions.
2) Identify strong prospects using research, market intelligence, cold calling, and referrals
3) Visit customer sites to understand technical requirements and assess feasibility
4) Prepare and deliver customized techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
5) Nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel towards successful closure
6) Maintain updated sales data and activity reports in the CRM
7) Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to support strategic planning
8) Collaborate with design, execution, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
9) Play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering customized solutions that add value to our clients' operations.
