We have an Urgent Opening for a GM Manufacturing Operations at Anand, Gujarat. 

Industry: Mechatronics Components  Job Location: Anand, Gujarat 

Requirements:  a) Minimum of 15 + years of experience in manufacturing and production management. Proven track record of leading and managing factory operations. b) Work Exposure to Mechatronics component industry  c) Should have In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.Proficiency in mechatronics engineering and automation technologies. d) Should be qualified as B.tech / B.E (Mechatronics) would be advantage. (Not mandatory) 

Job Profile: 

A) Leadership and Management:

1. Lead and manage the factory's daily operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics. 
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
4. Motivate and lead a diverse team, ensuring high performance and employee engagement.

B) Production and Planning:

1. Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products. 
2. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet demand.
3. Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure raw material availability and inventory control.
4. Implement and maintain production tracking and quality control systems.

C) Technical Expertise:

1. Apply knowledge of mechatronics engineering to optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to enhance productivity.
3. Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all production equipment.

D) Quality Assurance:

1. Establish and enforce quality control standards to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high quality and safety standards.
3. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively.

E) Financial Management:

1. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
2. Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
3. Analyze production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

F) Compliance and Safety:

1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
2. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
3. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
