- Assist new and existing customers with opening and maintaining a full range of deposit accounts and services.
- Provide guidance on digital banking, debit cards, IRAs, and other retail banking products.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.
- Work collaboratively with your team to support daily operations and deliver a seamless banking experience.
Who You Are:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with retail banking or customer service experience preferred.
- You enjoy working with people and building lasting relationships.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- You have strong communication skills and can confidently explain products and services.
- You’re adaptable and comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- You’re flexible and willing to assist in different areas, including teller support and occasional Saturday hours.
