Product Manager Intern

We're looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join us as a Product Manager Intern. This role will report to the Director of Product. This is a Hybrid opportunity with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will assist in driving execution for some of the highest impact initiatives to create an unparalleled user experience and accelerate patient outcomes for the most vulnerable families we serve. In this role, you will: Drive the product development process: You'll assist with building and designing product features through stages of their creative cycle, contributing to products that improve patient care. You'll learn to incorporate user needs, analytics, and company goals while supporting product strategy implementation. Champion the voice of the user: You'll help conduct user research studies to understand the needs and experiences of our families, contributing insights that inform more impactful experiences for how families deliver care. Own the research process: You'll gather and analyze data from various sources, organize research findings, and present insights to key stakeholders. You'll collaborate with team members to ensure research insights are effectively incorporated into product decisions.
