About the role

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Your Role: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the full-cycle recruitment process. This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of recruitment activities, such as resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and other talent-related tasks. The Coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition partners to ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities: - Support the full-cycle recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication - Assist with the creation and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms - Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate records - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparing reports, compiling data, and maintaining recruitment-related documentation - Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and coordinate the recruitment process - Continuously look for ways to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Coordinator role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other recruitment-related technology - Demonstrated customer service orientation and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Familiarity with recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
