About the role
We are seeking a passionate and talented Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge ML and AI algorithms to drive innovation and solve complex problems in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop novel ML and AI models to extract insights from large and diverse datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and domain experts, to identify and address business challenges
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging ML and AI techniques to enhance the capabilities of our solutions
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical details to stakeholders at all levels
- Contribute to the expansion of our ML and AI capabilities through knowledge sharing and mentorship
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Proven track record of developing and deploying ML and AI solutions in a production environment
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Passion for driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions
