About the role
This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area, Information Systems Function in India. Main stakeholders are Process Automation Business and IS leaders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technol-ogy solution and services within the defined area as directed.
Contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indica-tors across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop in-tercultural skills.
Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period. Participating in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.
The program is made up of three assignments in different roles.
