What you'll do:
In your role as a Developer, you will be helping our customers on development support level and delivering continuous innovations.
You will be responsible for development support, analysing complex software issues, ensuring excellent quality, and maintaining high standards in message processing, software corrections and enhancements. In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement of software quality, by designing and implementing enhancements to the software architecture and applications.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- You will work on development support and the delivery of continuous innovations.
- Manage overall incident backlogs and enhancements for owned topics, ensuring compliancy to set SLA’s. Ensure high-quality corrections, documentation (SAP Notes), and stable assist packages with no regressions.
- Support customers during product deployments and critical operations through standard infrastructure, including the creation of maintenance notes and technical documentation.
- Build advanced technical knowledge and share expertise within and across integrated applications.
- Apply a logical approach to problem-solving and respond effectively to detailed queries.
- Develop deep expertise in our products and assist customers in running their systems seamlessly within their landscapes and managing applications independently.
What you bring:
- 6+ years of work experience
- B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech, MCA
- Strong programming skills in ABAP, ABAP Webdynpro, SAPUI5, Fiori
- Strong collaboration and communication skills needed to ensure high customer satisfaction and work in cross-cultural teams and across geographies
- Very good analytical skills and debugging skills with an ability to handle complexity
- Experience in performance and security related topics and test-driven developments a plus point
- Exhibit learning agility by quickly upskilling on new tasks and concepts
