Aar-Tas International School for Autism & Special Needs is looking for passionate and dedicated Behaviour Technicians (ABA) who can join immediately and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism and special needs.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions (45 mins session + 15 mins break) as per the child’s IEP
- Implement skill acquisition and behaviour reduction programs using:
- Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- Participate in IEP planning and reviews with the Program Coordinator
- Use ABLLS-R assessments to track developmental progress
- Collect, maintain, and analyze behaviour data using MS Excel
- Assist in preparing progress reports and goal planning
- Build strong therapeutic rapport using pairing and reinforcement strategies
- Collaborate with senior therapists, educators, and families for holistic child development.
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Psychology (preferred)
- Certified/ Trained in ABAT/ RBT
- English mandatory | Kannada / Hindi / Other Languages would be an added advantage
- High empathy, patience, and passion for working with children.
✅ Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disability
- Working knowledge of ABA principles, ABLLS-R, DTT & NET
- Good observational, documentation, and analytical skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
- Willingness to learn, follow structured programs, and work under supervision.
