Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an ABA Therapist. The ABA Therapist will work directly with children to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions and help address behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include developing and administering individualized treatment plans, collecting and analyzing data to track progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining detailed documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes. The therapist will work closely with families to provide guidance and support, ensuring holistic development and meaningful progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience in planning individualized therapy sessions
- Solid understanding of child development, behavior management, and techniques tailored to neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong skills in documentation, data collection, and analyzing client progress
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient approach when engaging with children and their families
- Certified training in ABA therapy or related fields; a degree in psychology, special education, or related disciplines is preferred
- Prior experience working in pediatric rehabilitation or with children with special needs is highly desirable
