Career Advisor (Work From Home)

As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding potential students in selecting the right career-enhancing courses offered by Aasma Careers. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals make informed decisions about their career growth and professional development. Roles & Responsibilities: Freelancer Career Advisor Take ownership of guiding potential students over calls and assisting them in choosing the right courses based on their career aspirations. Resolve queries related to the company's courses, curriculum, and benefits. Make outbound calls and follow up regularly on assigned leads. Convince students to enroll in Aasma Careers' programs by explaining course features in detail. Provide accurate information and a seamless customer experience. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up systematically to ensure enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure their long-term association with Aasma Careers. Stay updated on industry trends and Aasma Careers' latest offerings to provide precise information to students. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as per company expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Career Advisor Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma (12th pass) or equivalent. Previous experience in telesales or domestic outbound calling is preferred, but freshers with an interest in sales can also apply. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English understanding. Ability to quickly adapt communication styles based on the conversation flow. Strong interpersonal skills, research abilities, and record-keeping proficiency. Capacity to handle constructive criticism positively and improve performance based on feedback. Technical Requirements: A smartphone with good call quality. Stable internet connection for seamless work operations. Quiet workspace to make professional calls.
