<strong>About our Agency:<br></strong>Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive, balanced environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me firsthand experience and a strong foundation for building my own office.<br><br>I’m a military veteran, originally from Oregon and raised in Arkansas. Discipline, accountability, and teamwork are values that shape the way I lead and support our team. We stay connected to the community by sponsoring local sports teams and supporting youth activities whenever we can.<br><br>We offer holidays off, PTO, licensing paid up front, and a strong focus on work-life balance. As a smaller office, we’re flexible and collaborative, with a steady mix of customer service and sales activity, including calls and walk-ins that keep things engaging.<br><br>Our culture is laid back but professional. <li>Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.</li>
<li>Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.</li>
