Full Stack Developer (Java, ReactJS, Spring Boot)

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee and manage a team working on diverse technologies, including ReactJS, Java Spring Boot, and Flutter, for building and deploying a scalable SaaS product on AWS. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and experience in driving end-to-end product development while collaborating with domain experts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team with expertise in ReactJS, Java Spring Boot, and Flutter. 2. Architect and oversee the design, development, and deployment of a scalable SaaS product on AWS. 3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to define requirements and deliverables. 4. Ensure seamless integration of frontend (ReactJS/Flutter) with backend services (Java Spring Boot). 5. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables. 6. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize product scalability. 7. Drive Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 8. Act as the point of contact for technical guidance and cross-team coordination. Required Skills: Proficiency in ReactJS and Java Spring Boot, with the ability to guide Flutter development. Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation). Strong knowledge of building RESTful APIs, Microservices, and scalable architectures. Solid understanding of SaaS product development and multi-tenant architecture. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with frontend/backend performance optimization techniques. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Datadog). Knowledge of secure API integration and real-time data processing. Experience in leading teams with diverse technical stacks.
