Role Description
AABI is looking for a dynamic offline resource to manage India operations, ecosystem partnerships, memberships, sponsorships, and day-to-day coordination activities.
The role is highly execution-oriented and suitable for someone with strong networking, sales, and startup ecosystem exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AABI memberships and ecosystem partnerships
- Build relationships with incubators, universities, startups, investors, and corporates
- Coordinate AABI events, mentoring programs, webinars, and regional activities
- Manage sponsorships, donor outreach, and partnership proposals
- Support initiatives like mentoring platforms, venture connects, investor sessions, and cross-border collaborations
- Handle operational coordination and stakeholder communication
Preferred Profile
- 2–5 years experience in business development, partnerships, startup ecosystem, or community operations
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Sales & networking mindset
- Comfortable with travel and offline meetings
- Startup/incubation ecosystem exposure preferred
