Financial Analyst I

Collaborates with the FP&A team in preparing and maintaining the financial forecast and budget for the Club. Collaborate with FP&A team members to understand the key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs of assigned business areas. Assists with financial trend analysis. What you will do: Business Partnering/Communication: Assist club-wide performance management through variance analysis (actuals vs budget and forecast). Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting team. Business Acumen: Learn the business, be curious and open minded. Supports ad hoc analysis of business line specific financials to determine completeness of revenue and expense. Assists with variance analysis. Process and team management: Understands and follows existing procedures and helps create new procedure documentation as needed.
