Manager - IOS / Android Development

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our iOS and Android development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. You will manage a team of skilled developers, ensure on-time delivery of high-quality projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of iOS and Android developers - Oversee the end-to-end mobile app development process - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines - Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity - Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and industry developments - Participate in the planning and execution of new feature releases - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Proficient in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) development - Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices - Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
