Engineer - Predictive Maintenance

AA Tech Hub India is looking for an experienced Engineer - Predictive Maintenance to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive maintenance models and solutions to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and experience working in the airlines/aviation domain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement predictive maintenance models using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques - Analyze equipment sensor data and operational data to identify patterns and predict potential failures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive maintenance solutions into existing systems and processes - Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of predictive maintenance models - Provide recommendations and insights to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in predictive maintenance Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling - Strong programming skills in Python or R - Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI - Experience working in the airlines/aviation domain is preferred - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
