Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/ Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily administrative operations, ensure data accuracy, and streamline office processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent computer proficiency, and a keen eye for detail. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting various departments with data management and clerical tasks.

Duties

  • Handle general administrative tasks ( scheduling, correspondence, etc.).
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.
  • Resolve service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Enter and update customer information in CRM
  • Occasionally assist with bookkeeping; QuickBooks experience a plus..
  • Prepare regular reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining quality.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Bigin) helpful.
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.

This job will require once a month in person meetings in the Atlanta area. Otherwise, all work is remote.

Must be located in Georgia, Tennessee or Texas for payroll reasons.
