Process Engineer

A Place For Mom is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving production processes to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: - Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement process improvement strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows - Provide technical support and training to production staff - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering or manufacturing environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in process optimization and data analysis tools - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
