Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on GoLang development.
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), concurrency patterns, and memory management.
Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented/programming principles.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of security best practices for backend applications.
Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Relevant certifications in Cloud, Kubernetes, or GoLang are an advantage.
