Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Assistant General Manager (A.G.M)-Quality at Stemz Healthcare, located in Chennai. The A.G.M-Quality will oversee hospital quality management operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include implementing quality control processes, monitoring and improving Total Quality Management (TQM) systems, conducting quality assurance reviews, and coordinating internal and external audits. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service efficiency and continuously ensure top standards in patient care and safety.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to maintain and improve service standards
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management systems and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies
- Hands-on experience conducting and managing Audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field
- Certifications in Quality Management or Auditing (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, or NABH) are preferred
- Experience in hospital or healthcare quality management is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams
