MIS/ Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:Business Analyst/ MIS Executive >Design, implement, and maintain databases and reporting systems. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to generate actionable insights.Produce periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and stakeholders. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data-related issues. Develop and automate dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python.Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate MIS solutions.Support business process improvements by identifying trends and inefficiencies.
