Junior Marketing Manager - Offline (m/w/d)

To support our marketing team at our headquarters in Berlin , we are looking for an ambitious Junior Marketing Manager - Offline (m/w/d). Have you already gained some experience in a marketing team? Are you a talented organizer and enjoy monitoring CI standards? And do you always keep track of parallel projects? Then you seem to be the perfect candidate to become part of our team. YOUR JOB First and foremost, you are the contact person for our more than 40 hostels when it comes to in-house advertising You are responsible for and coordinate the creation and distribution of flyers, brochures, advertising materials and other print materials You will support the implementation of marketing campaigns in print, radio and out-of-home (outdoor advertising) You support the creation and publication of advertising texts for advertisements and print media Planning, coordination, implementation and follow-up of events (trade fairs) You initiate and manage cooperations such as festivals and partnerships You will work closely with our sales team, creative team, copywriters and agencies YOUR PROFILE Successfully completed studies or training in the field of marketing or communication First professional experience in marketing and a desire for communication Excellent written and oral communication skills Native German speaker and very good English skills Quick comprehension, independent and above all careful working style You enjoy taking on responsibility and tackling challenges You are reliable, a team player, helpful and have a friendly demeanor Good knowledge of common office programs
