Position Summary
A&A Global Industries is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a career in business-to-business sales. The Sales Representative will focus on developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting existing accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is coachable, competitive, and eager to learn the fundamentals of sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, email outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and follow through on requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity in CRM or internal systems
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales follow-up communications
- Track pipeline activity and sales progress
Market Awareness
- Stay informed on company products, promotions, and industry trends
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of sales, customer service, internship, or business experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with customers by phone, video, and email
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
