Skills Support in developing test plans, strategy,guidlines aligning to the project or program goals. * Strong work experience in Agile methodology(Scrum,Kanban) & STLC models. * Strong in query resolution and follow up to close the action items. * Maintain Knowledge management and retention plans on time. Strong Delivery experience in Manual(telco) and Automation area * Maintain all transition related documets in all the areas such as Access roles, Citrix/VDI details, Knowledge portals, QoS KPIs. etc * Resource planning with back up details ready always. * Strong in usage of tools such as Jira/Xray/Confluence. etc * API Testing tools understanding. Postman/Soap UI * Communicate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and other team members. * Strong Telecom Domain Knowledge in OSS BSS areas. Such as Mobile and Fixed line technologies,terminologies and E2E telecom journey flow understanding. SIEBEL CRM preferably. * Management weekly/monthly reports. * Effectively implement best practices and retrospective sessions.. * Guide the juniors and mentor them. * Strong verbal and communication skills. * Good at stakeholder management, Goveranace the team * ISTQB certification,SAFe Certification (Good to have)
