Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at 8x8, you will be responsible for providing technical presales support to the Sales team, as well as post-sales support to customers. This includes designing solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and troubleshooting customer issues. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
