</div><div>As the cake decorator, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods of different<br><br>
</div><div>varieties and will likely have opportunities to create or innovate recipes. You may<br><br>
</div><div>work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction<br><br>
</div><div>and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must. You'll be responsible for<br><br>
</div><div>cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and following all safety and sanitation<br><br>
</div><div>protocols.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Decorate quality 85C Baked goods</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and healthy work environment</li>
<li>Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling and</li>
</ul><div>baking<br><br>
</div><ul><li>Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team</li></ul><div>to deliver outstanding service<br><br>
</div><ul><li>Provide sufficient breads and maintaining quality to meet 85°C standard and</li></ul><div>completing designated tasks perfectly<br><br>
</div><ul><li>Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and</li></ul><div>guidelines<br><br>
</div><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High School diploma or higher;</li>
<li>Fast food or retail experience is preferred;</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;</li>
<li>Acceptable verbal English communication skill;</li>
<li>Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;</li>
<li>Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;</li>
<li>Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.</li>
<li><strong>MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY</strong></li>
</ul><div>This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
