If you like fast paced environment and being a part of a strong team, we'd love to meet you.<br><br> </div><div>Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as storefront associate is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.<br><br> </div><div>Responsibilities<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Your job as storefront associate will be a blend of hospitality and operations</li> <li>Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for</li> </ul><div>making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and<br><br> </div><div>answering the phone.<br><br> </div><div>Your role will also involve bagging bread once it’s cooled down, organizing it onto trays, and bringing it out to its designated area.<br><br> </div><ul><li>The most important aspect of your work as storefront associate is to provide</li></ul><div>accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Assist in bagging products and refilling product displays</li> <li>Greet guests and answer any questions</li> <li>Promote products and menu items</li> <li>Handle and process customer payments</li> <li>Issue receipts and refunds as necessary</li> <li>Handle and resolve customer complaints</li> <li>Maintain a clean and tidy counter area</li> </ul><div>Qualifications<br><br> </div><ul> <li>High School diploma or higher;</li> <li>Fast food or retail experience is preferred;</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;</li> <li>Acceptable verbal English communication skill;</li> <li>Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;</li> <li>Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;</li> <li>Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.</li> <li><strong>MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY</strong></li> </ul><div>This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
