</div><div>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / Production Assistant to support daily logistics, dispatching, and production operations. This role will assist dispatchers with route planning, support drivers with delivery and equipment-related questions, and help coordinate box imprint and box production processes.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and very familiar with computers and office software. This position requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and help ensure operations run smoothly across multiple departments.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>
</div><div>Logistics & Dispatch Support<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist dispatchers with route planning and delivery scheduling </li>
<li> Support drivers with delivery updates, routing questions, and equipment-related issues </li>
<li> Monitor delivery progress and communicate delays or issues to management </li>
<li> Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow </li>
<li> Help maintain accurate delivery and dispatch records </li>
</ul><div>Production Support<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist with box imprint preparation and box production setup </li>
<li> Monitor production progress and report delays or operational concerns </li>
<li> Coordinate production schedules and priorities with the operations team </li>
<li> Ensure production materials and paperwork are prepared correctly </li>
<li> Support quality control and accuracy during production processes </li>
</ul><div>Administrative & Operational Support<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Enter and maintain data accurately in company systems </li>
<li> Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents </li>
<li> Communicate with internal departments regarding order and production status </li>
<li> Assist with general office and operational tasks as assigned </li>
<li> Help improve workflow efficiency and organization </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Previous logistics, dispatching, warehouse, or production experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong computer skills required </li>
<li> Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook </li>
<li> Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li> Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li>
<li> Detail-oriented and highly organized </li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li>
<li> Bilingual is a plus </li>

<li> Experience with routing or dispatch coordination </li>
<li> Familiarity with warehouse or production operations </li>
<li> Experience handling driver communication and support </li>

<li> Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when monitoring production </li>
<li> Ability to occasionally lift and move production materials when needed </li>
<li> Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments</li>
