</div><div>We are seeking a dependable and flexible General Labor Associate to support daily warehouse and operational activities. This team member will assist in box production, order picking, loading/unloading, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who is willing to jump into different tasks wherever support is needed. </div><div>
<br> Forklift experience is a strong plus, and Class C driving experience is highly preferred. <br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Assist with box production and packaging operations </li>
<li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately </li>
<li>Load and unload trucks and containers </li>
<li>Deliver orders using company vehicles when assigned </li>
<li>Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely </li>
<li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization </li>
<li>Support different departments and operational tasks as needed </li>
<li>Follow company safety procedures and work instructions </li>
<li>Assist teammates to ensure smooth daily operations</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred </li>
<li>2year + Forklift experience is a plus</li>
<li>Valid Class C driver license and delivery driving experience is highly preferred </li>
<li>Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials </li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment </li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented </li>
<li>Willingness to learn and assist in multiple roles </li>
<li>Basic communication and problem-solving skills</li>
