YOUR IMPACT
As a Project Control and Planning manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless planning, coordination and efficient management of our projects. Your expertise in project planning, software utilization, and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with various departments to create and implement the master project schedule, disseminate management information, and monitor project progress.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
▪ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
▪ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in premium interior design and execution projects
▪ Proven track record of successfully managing projects, coordinating vendors, and achieving project goals
▪ Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
▪ Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and regulations
Key Responsibilities
▪ Project schedule
− Collaborate with various departments to create the master project schedule, ensuring comprehensive planning and coordination
▪ Management Information System
− Develop and maintain the MIS to facilitate the dissemination of accurate and timely project information across the organization
− Compile and present Management Information System reports that provide insights into the Project, facilitating data-driven decision-making
▪ Communication
− Monitor and track project schedules, ensuring effective dissemination and providing timely updates to stakeholders
▪ Continuously improvement
− Continuously improve project planning and management processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending appropriate solutions
▪ Design coordination
− Collaborate closely with design, contracts and execution teams to ensure seamless alignment
▪ Tracker management
− Take charge of updating and managing automated trackers, contributing to streamlined Project monitoring
▪ Timely closure
− Ensuring timely and accurate closure of deliverables from all teams is an integral part of your role, reflecting your commitment to project success
